Who knows more bartender trivia, the US or the UK?
If you weren’t around at last year’s bar show, you may not have heard that we challenged two teams of experts to answer 100 questions about cocktails, spirits, drink lore, etc. Out of the 100 questions asked, 53 were answered correctly by all teams.
The UK team won the coveted Beefeater Ashes thanks to the trivia-ridden minds of Gary Regan, Simon Difford, Angus Winchester, and Wayne Collins.
This year we're at it again, pitting the experts against a volley of questions on cocktails, spirits, and all the trivia that accompanies them.
Think you know more than Gary Regan, Nick Strangeway, Dave Broom, Sasha Petraske, Cairbry Hill, and others? Find out and participate as a lifeline contact.
Don't think you do? Then come to cheer on your favourite team and learn a whole bunch of wacky facts to impress your friends, your customers, your fellow bartenders, even yourself.
